Care Assistant SRK (w/d/m)

We are looking for care assistants SRK and health and social assistants (AGS) 40 - 100%.

Your tasks:

• Takeover of basic nursing activities (such as body care, mobilization, dressing) after clear delegation.
• Support for cared-for persons during meals and assistance in the household area.
• Attentive observation of the condition of patients/residents and careful reporting in case of changes.
• Active co-design of a appreciative and activating everyday life for the cared-for people.
• Careful documentation of the nursing services provided.

Qualifications

Your profile:

• You have a degree as a care assistant SRK or health and social assistant (AGS).
• Professional experience in acute or long-term care is a big plus, but not a must.
• A responsible, empathetic and proactive way of working characterizes you.
• Good German language skills in word and writing (at least B2) are necessary.
• Important: Talents with diplomas from the EU/EFTA area are also welcome, provided that the SRK recognition is available or the process has been demonstrably started.
