Bern (and home office) | 80-100% Your contribution <br /> • Detect, structure, document and prioritize specialist needs and requirements together with users and business process managers • Integrate business requirements into IT requirements and document them clearly for the planning and implementation of specialist applications • Analyze, model and optimize business processes as well as identify gaps and possible margins for improvement • Develop proposals for solutions and variants, clarify conflicts of objectives stemming from divergent interests and prepare decision-making bases • Accompany projects during their implementation, evaluate requirements in case of changes and contribute to the quality of results as a technical interlocutor • Conduct workshops with various stakeholder groups as well as prepare and present results appropriately to the recipients <br /> What distinguishes you <br /> • University degree, preferably in computer science, business informatics, business administration or an equivalent discipline • Several years of professional experience as a business analyst or in requirements engineering for IT projects • Experience in the analysis and modeling of business processes and good knowledge of BPMN and UML • Ability to analyze and structure complex requests and to integrate them into understandable and actionable solutions • Aptitude for collaboration with various stakeholder groups and experience in moderating workshops • Good knowledge of a second official language and proficiency in English such as to be able to conduct negotiations; an IREB certification and knowledge of HERMES constitute a preferential qualification <br /> In summary You will reconcile user needs with the possibilities of IT and communication technologies.
