In order to strengthen our reception team, we are looking for a Receptionist (M/F) passionate about hospitality.

Your missions
Warmly welcome guests and handle check-ins and check-outs.
Manage reservations (telephone, e-mail, and partner platforms).
Inform and advise guests on the Resort's services and regional activities.
Ensure the follow-up of guest requests before, during, and after their stay.
Respond to telephone calls and e-mails with professionalism.
Perform payments and administrative follow-up related to the reception.
Collaborate with the various departments to guarantee an irreproachable customer experience.

Your profile
Training or experience in hospitality or tourism.
Excellent presentation and a developed sense of welcome.
Fluent French and professional English are indispensable.
Mastery of German is a real asset.
Ease with IT tools (Opera Cloud is an advantage).
Organization, autonomy, and sense of priorities.
Team spirit, dynamism, and a smile.
