Activities:

• You actively win new business customers and take over the independent support and further development of the existing customer portfolio in French-speaking Switzerland
• You advise garages, car dealerships, body shops, depot yards as well as bus and commercial vehicle workshops
• You advise your customers competently on products, applications and individual solutions
• From the workshop professional to management, you find the right approach at different levels
• You recognize customer needs and develop suitable solutions and sales opportunities from them
• You plan your customer visits and travel routes largely independently
• You conduct sales and price negotiations and accompany them until successful completion
• You bear responsibility for your turnover and sales targets
• You are in regular exchange with the sales management

Requirements:

• Experience in field service, sales or in the support of business customers
• Technical or manual training or corresponding practical knowledge
• Knowledge from the automotive, bodywork, painting, vehicle detailing or workshop environment is ideal
• Enjoyment of technical products and of convincingly conveying their benefits
• Open, communicative and winning personality
• Negotiation and closing strength as well as a good sense for customer needs
• Independent and well-organized way of working with high initiative
• Entrepreneurial thinking and interest in long-term customer relationships
• Resident in French-speaking Switzerland
• Willingness to travel within French-speaking Switzerland
• Very good German and French skills in spoken and written form
• Confident handling of MS Office and digital work tools
• Driver's license Cat. B
