Your tasks

• Overall responsibility for the warehouse and shipping area
• Independent organization and coordination of all warehouse processes
• Receipt, inspection and booking of goods received
• Ensuring a smooth flow of goods
• Commissioning of customer orders
• Creation of delivery and shipping documents
• Timely provision of goods for shipping
• Responsibility for inventory and ongoing monitoring
• Conducting inventories and stock checks
• Operation and maintenance of the ERP system
• Loading and unloading of transport vehicles
• Ensuring order, cleanliness and occupational safety in the entire warehouse area
• Organization of proper disposal of packaging and consumable materials
• Close cooperation with purchasing, sales and production

Your profile

• Completed training as a logistics specialist EFZ or comparable training
• Several years of professional experience in warehouse and shipping
• Valid forklift license
• Experience in handling ERP systems
• Good IT skills
• Independent, structured and responsible way of working
• High quality and order awareness
• Reliable and resilient personality
• Entrepreneurial thinking and pleasure in taking responsibility
• Very good German language skills in word and writing
