For a leading family business in the field of Facility Services, we are looking for a strong leadership personality in the Zihlschlacht region (as well as for two nursing homes).

Then we are looking for exactly you as:

Object Manager*in Santé (m/w/d) 80-100%

• Operational responsibility for support services for customers in the healthcare industry (including budget)
• Leadership, promotion and independent recruitment of a team of around 55 employees
• Ensuring high service quality and strict hygiene guidelines
• Maintaining constant customer contact and being the first point of contact for technical questions
• Planning, organization and optimization of all work processes including material management

Qualifications

• You have completed training and have several years of professional experience in household management, cleaning or facility management (ideally in the healthcare industry/hotel industry)
• You convince through proven leadership experience, organizational talent and a pronounced "hands-on" mentality
• You are willing to live with the time flexibility of this management function (1st management level, 42.5 hours/week), which includes 24/7 availability and occasional evening visits to your cleaning staff
• You have a category B driver's license and your own car
• You have very good German and MS Office skills
