For our client, an established industrial company in the production of cables and lines, we are looking for an experienced

Machine Operator (m/w/d) ###

Your Tasks ###

• Operating and monitoring of coating plants, cable extruders, stranding machines and take-up devices
• Providing materials according to parts lists and production specifications
• Setting up the plants according to recipes and production orders including process parameters
• Carrying out and documenting quality controls as well as damping measurements
• Handing over the manufactured spools to the next process including order documents
• Carrying out periodic maintenance work as well as cleaning the plants
• Implementing the 5S methodology and tracking key figures on the shopfloor board

Your Profile ###

• Basic mechanical training, e.g. as a plastics technologist or machine operator
• Professional experience in operating production plants
• Technical understanding, careful and independent working method
• Willingness to work in a 4-shift system as well as good German language skills
• Color vision required; knowledge of 5S or Lean is an advantage
