In the blue Cinema multiplex cinema in Chur West, visitors can expect top-class multitainment on over 12,000 m2. The wide range of offers makes the hearts of cine- and action fans beat faster: various cinema halls, IMAX®, 4DX, Dolby® Atmos™, First Lounge and Suite, a sports bar of around 600m2 with integrated game zone, VR and an airy rooftop area that opens up a great view of the starry sky.

For our team, we are looking for motivated and service-oriented personalities per immediately or by arrangement as

for assignments during the week, in the evenings as well as on weekends and public holidays on an hourly wage. The employment is on call - currently there are no fixed shifts.
After the induction phase, you will be able to provide your energetic support in the cinema as well as in the bar and in the VR according to the deployment plan.

Your area of responsibility

• Friendly, proactive and sales-oriented guest care as well as advice
• Active sale of our entire shop, cinema and bar assortment incl. recommendation of our offers
• Preparation and professional serving of drinks and snacks in the rooftop and sports bar, as well as in the popcorn kitchen according to quality standards
• Ensuring a high service level as well as consistent compliance with hygiene regulations
• Entrance control in the cinema hall area as well as cleaning work between screenings
• Active contribution to a clean, tidy and inviting appearance of your work area
• Assistance with inventory management including goods control and compliance with expiration dates
• Responsibility for the cash stock as well as correct and careful accounting
• Care of our Virtual Reality Arena and ensuring a smooth process
• Ensuring an appealing product presentation as well as always well-filled and clean sales areas
• Flexible work in the entire multiplex operation

Your profile

• Availability for assignments in the evenings, weekends and public holidays
• Professional experience in the gastro, sales or service sector is an advantage -- career changers are welcome
• Strong communication skills with very good German skills; further languages are an advantage
• With your open, cheerful manner, you inspire our guests and actively approach them
• Joy in active sales as well as the motivation to convincingly present and recommend our products
• Independent, reliable and service-oriented way of working with high speed and efficiency awareness
• Even in hectic situations, you remain calm, maintain an overview and act proactively
• You enjoy working in a team, show active helpfulness and proactively share your knowledge
• Excellent manners as well as a well-groomed appearance
