Service Staff / Restaurant Specialist

We are looking for a service staff member / restaurant specialist with excellent professional knowledge and experience in the service sector of high-end Swiss gastronomy for the new, renowned restaurant x1291 ächt.guet. Job requirements:

• Completed training as a restaurant specialist EFZ or corresponding professional experience is an advantage
• Enjoyment of guest contact in the gastronomy sector
• Friendly, attentive, and reliable personality
• Independent and structured way of working
• Professional experience in the service sector
• Very well-groomed appearance and excellent manners
• Enjoyment of dealing with people and a warm demeanor

Area of responsibility

• Professional care and service of our guests
• Receipt of orders and professional serving of food and drinks
• Advising guests on food, wine, and daily recommendations
• Preparation and follow-up of the service area
• Handling of cash and accounting
• Ensuring a well-groomed appearance in the restaurant
• Compliance with hygiene and quality standards
