Clerk / Allrounder Sales / Internal Service

We are looking for you to strengthen our six-person sales team. We are a regionally anchored family business, specializing in the sale of large household appliances for the kitchen and laundry room to private customers.

Your tasks

• Consulting / sale of household appliances; personally in our retail store and on the phone as well as in writing via email
• Recording and processing of offers and orders with Proffix (ERP – System Proffix)
• Contact with customers / installers / suppliers during the execution and post-processing of orders
• Ordering individual devices in Proffix or from the suppliers
• Scheduling customer appointments
• Mutual support with the daily tasks in the shop, back office, warehouse and installation team

What you bring with you

• Completed apprenticeship as a retail employee or businessman/businesswoman
• Consulting and sales are in your blood
• You are friendly and open-minded
• You like to take responsibility, work carefully, yet goal-oriented and efficiently
• You have very good PC user skills
