• Overall responsibility for the management of the Life in Old Age residential groups with 140 residents and 150 employees incl. Medical Center and night service
• Participation in strategy development and further development of the offerings in Frienisberg
• Ensuring and implementing the nursing mandate according to the specifications of Frienisberg as well as the GSI - operating license
• Coordination of the resident process in cooperation with all specialists involved in nursing, care, and treatment incl. bed disposition and transfers in the area
• Responsibility for the quality of care as Nursing Service Management across all residential groups (also for the Life with Disabilities area)
• Coordination of stakeholders such as home doctor, podiatry, medical service, and pharmacy
• Deputy for the Head of Life with Disabilities, 120 residents with IV
• Contemporary personnel deployment planning and implementation of the skill and grade mix
• Professional and interdisciplinary cooperation
• A large scope for design in a future-oriented environment

You are ###

• A convincing leadership personality with sound practical experience in long-term care or a comparable environment and you possess further training in the area of Leadership/Management
• A certified nursing professional with several years of professional experience, ideally supplemented by a Master's degree
• Proficient in the development of strategies and the successful implementation of projects
• Clear and transparent in your communication as well as empathetic, loyal, appreciative, and team-oriented
• Open to new ideas and motivated to actively help shape the future of Frienisberg
