• several years of professional experience and in-depth specialist knowledge
• social competences, especially teamwork and communication skills

• Understanding and enjoyment in dealing with elderly people
• Good oral and written German skills

Tasks:

• Performance of practical work in all areas of the kitchen
• Independent menu design and its distribution according to guidelines
• Co-designing and sharing responsibility for the hygiene and nutrition concept
• Support in apprentice supervision
• Control and monitoring of food service and distribution
• Preparation and control of diet menus according to specifications
