Your tasks

• Receiving and processing incoming customer inquiries
• Supporting technical and administrative concerns
• Competent consulting on products and services
• Identifying customer needs and active sales consulting
• Careful documentation of customer conversations in the systems

What you bring

• Completed vocational training or corresponding professional experience
• Enjoyment of customer contact and pronounced communication strength
• Good PC user skills and quick grasp
• Technical interest and understanding of digital products and services
• Sales and consulting affinity
• Reliable, flexible, and team-oriented work
• Very good German language skills in word and writing (understanding of Swiss German is an advantage)
• Further language skills such as French, Italian, or English are a plus

Framework conditions

• Scope: 80-100%
• Working hours MO to FR between 08:00 and 18:00 Uhr SA between 08:30 and 16:30 Uhr
• Place of deployment: Eastern Switzerland region
• Entry: mid-June
• During the training phase, 100% availability is expected
