? YOUR PROFILE

Completed professional training with experience in a similar position

Professional experience desired in 5-star establishments

Fluent mastery of German and English required, any other language is an asset

Team spirit, sense of responsibility and flexibility

Neat appearance and professional behavior

Empathic and discreet personality as well as a service-oriented attitude

Organizational talent, capable of maintaining an overview even during busy periods

? YOUR TASKS

Direction of the FO sector in the absence of the Front Office Manager

Execution of all tasks related to the reception

Ensuring the smooth running of morning and evening shifts using checklists

Management of debtors as well as debt collection

Filing and accounting of deposits and advance payments, reporting on this to the Front Office Manager and the management

Processing of the daily closing as well as correction of discrepancies

Management of the cash desk for all Front Office employees, daily cash and banking operations

Sale and handling of room reservations
