Job description
Become part of our Zwergehuus team Co-educator 80% Kita Zwergehuus is a private institution of the non-profit Frauen Schaffhausen. https://www.frauenverein-sh.ch/ We are a family-supporting facility with two age-mixed groups and care for up to 23 children daily, from four months to school entry. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an enthusiastic and open-minded co-educator, with a workload of 80%, immediately or by agreement. Your tasks

Care and support of children in everyday life
Support in planning and implementing the pedagogical offer
Promotion of the individual development of children
Collaboration in excursions, projects and parent events
Appreciative cooperation with parents and in the team
Role model for learners
What you bring

Training as a specialist in childcare EFZ or equivalent recognition

Friendly, resilient, reliable and team-oriented personality

Joy in working with our young children and their parents
Sense of responsibility and motivation to actively contribute
Teamwork, respectful interaction with colleagues, communication skills
