Our client requests
Completed training as a Polymechaniker/in EFZ specialization manufacturing or an equivalent training

• Several years of experience in CNC cylindrical grinding
• Experience on Studer S31 and Studer S41 is an advantage
• Very good understanding of drawings, tolerances, as well as form and position tolerances
• Independent, effective, and precise way of working
• High quality awareness
• Team-oriented, reliable, and motivated personality
• Good German skills
• Good IT skills
• Readiness to work both in normal working hours and in a shift-like working time model
• Enjoyment of polymechanics, precision, and demanding manufacturing tasks

• Setting up, programming, and operating CNC cylindrical grinding machines
• Working on Studer S31 and Studer S41
• Grinding of individual parts and small series with high quality requirements
• Selection and setup of clamping tools
• Selection and setup of grinding wheels
• Definition and optimization of process parameters
• Ensuring dimensional accuracy according to drawing and tolerances
• Control of form and position tolerances
• Optimization of grinding processes with regard to cycle time, surface quality, and tool life
• Ensuring precise and high-quality manufacturing
• Close cooperation with the production team
• A varied task with technical depth and much responsibility
