Activity

• Programming and commissioning of 5-axis turning/milling centers of the DMG Mori brand
• Independent programming directly on the machine as well as at the CAM workstation
• Manufacturing of workpieces from nickel and cobalt base alloys
• Inspection and careful documentation of the produced parts
• Production of clamping gauges, fixtures and prototypes
• Requirements
• Completed training as a poly mechanic EFZ or a comparable qualification
• Extensive experience in mechanical manufacturing with solid specialist knowledge
• In-depth knowledge of handling Siemens controls of types CLX750 and CTX1250 Gamma
• Experience with Mastercam, ideally supplemented by CAM knowledge
• Independent and precise working method combined with a pronounced quality awareness
