Your tasks – this is where you roll up your sleeves

• Order entry and creation of offers
• Monitoring and support of customer orders
• Coordinating supplier orders
• Coordinating transport orders
• Invoicing of orders, creation of credit notes
• Contact person for suppliers, customers and for our field service employees

What you bring with you – your profile

• Completed commercial training
• Some years of experience in internal sales
• Basic technical understanding is an advantage
• Sound MS-Office and SAP S/4HANA knowledge is required
• Very good German skills, French and Italian skills are a great advantage
• Customer- and solution-oriented way of working as well as teamwork skills
• Enjoyment of customer contact
