Sales Manager Home & Living (f/m/d) Your new tasks • Leading the directly subordinate department managers and specialist sales staff • Presence on the sales floor and active work with the employees as well as the customers • Ongoing feedback discussions, training, and coaching with your employees • Exhibition planning and setup according to the planning concepts of the central POS design team • Frequency-oriented employee deployment planning • Further development of the exhibition area for which you are responsible with the help of internal analyses and ongoing exchange with the branch management and purchasing • Responsibility for the achievement of targets in the exhibition area for which you are responsible along defined KPIs What you bring with you • Completed vocational training • Solid experience in retail • Assortment and product knowledge in the areas of decoration, home textiles, and household items • Leadership experience in retail • Flair for beautiful living
