We are looking for a:

Architect - Site Management (M/F)
Proven field experience indispensable.

Your missions ###

• On-site job 200%
• Management, coordination and monitoring of works on sites 200%
• Planning of deadlines, costs and execution quality
• Coordination of companies, engineers and representatives
• Control of the compliance of works with plans, standards and current regulations
• Organization and conduct of site meetings
• Administrative and financial monitoring (tenders, awards, measurements, invoicing)
• Guarantee of compliance with safety rules on site

Your profile ####

• Technical training in building (architect, civil engineer, ES technician, site manager or equivalent)
• Proven experience in site management, ideally in an architectural firm
• Good knowledge of Swiss standards and regulations (SIA, safety, etc.)
• Excellent organizational, coordination and communication skills
• Autonomy, rigor and sense of responsibility
