Deputy Team Lead Order Picking Cold Storage (+3°C) - 100% (m/f/d)

• You pick customer orders precisely in our cold storage at +3°C
• You conscientiously check the picked products for completeness and quality
• You ensure strict adherence to the FIFO principle at all times
• You are responsible for printing customer orders as well as exchange device slips
• You work securely with various software such as Abacus and specialized exchange device systems
• You carry out regular inventories and ensure correct stocks
• You take over the leadership and organization of the team in the absence of the team leader

Qualifications

• You bring experience in order picking, ideally in the food sector
• You possess high reliability as well as a strong sense of quality and responsibility
• You enjoy working in a cool environment and are physically resilient
• You distinguish yourself through your teamwork skills as well as your first leadership experiences or ambitions
• You are confident in handling IT systems and work in a structured and exact manner
• You identify with our motto «Geht nicht gibt's nicht!» and like to roll up your sleeves
