For the renowned sausage specialist of Zurich, we are looking for an experienced meat specialist / meat specialist / EFZ / EBA 100% by agreement

Tasks

• Meat and sausage are exactly your thing
• Advising demanding customers at the counter
• You prepare our meat products professionally
• You prepare the orders for our gastronomy - catering customers
• Professional cutting according to weight and portioning
• You actively manage the goods
• Compliance with quality specifications and guidelines such as freshness and quality
• Consistently control hygiene, temperature regulations, and expiration dates

Your Profile

• You have a basic training as a meat specialist (EFZ or EBA)
• You think positively, are motivated, resilient and reliable
• Independent and exact working is a matter of course for you
• You master the German language, orally and in writing
