Job description
The Schule Feuerthalen operates a KiTa with 2 nursery groups with 12 children each, a day care for 22 school children and a separate lunch table. Our upbeat team is looking for a Fachfrau/Fachmann Betreuung Kind 90% as a Co-educator or Group Leader in the nursery from July 2026 or by arrangement Requirements: · completed training as FaBe Kind · enjoyment in accompanying and promoting children · patient, respectful interaction · strong communication skills and ability to handle conflict · resilience, flexibility and commitment Additional requirements as Group Leader: · several years of professional experience in childcare · enjoyment in taking on responsibility as well as leading a team · ability to lead a children's group independently both organizationally and pedagogically · structured and forward-looking way of working We offer: · a demanding and varied activity · space for ideas and creativity · a collegial dynamic team · an attractive place of work and modern employment conditions For information, please contact Romina Schwaninger, KiTa Leitung: 052 654 00 36.
