Your tasks:

• Production of warm and cold Asian dishes in an industrial kitchen
• Implementation of the menu plan according to specifications
• Constant incoming goods control and ordering
• Instruction of employees in the team
• Ensuring compliance with quality assurance as well as ISO and HACCP guidelines
• General tidying up and cleaning work

What you bring with you:

• You have a completed vocational apprenticeship as a cook or existing sound professional experience in a production kitchen
• Leadership qualities are an advantage
• You enjoy the profession and love to work independently as well as in a team
• Structured way of working, resilient personality, who also keeps a cool head during hectic moments
• Good German skills

What you may expect:

• No split shift
• Work assignments between MO-SO / 06:45 AM - 04:00 PM
