Your main tasks

• Leadership and organization of your production team in 3-shift operation
• Ensuring a smooth, timely, and qualitatively flawless production process
• Active intervention in machine malfunctions and performance of minor maintenance work
• Responsibility for quality inspection and material availability
• Ensuring structured handovers between shifts
• Compliance with and implementation of all hygiene and safety regulations

Your profile

• Several years of experience in leading employees, ideally in a production environment
• Natural leadership strength combined with a high degree of social competence
• Technical understanding and a structured and solution-oriented way of working
• High self-responsibility, resilience, and team spirit
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking
