Your tasks:

• Independent recruiting of qualified candidates for the construction industry
• Intensive customer consulting from job analysis to contract negotiation
• Use of innovative recruitment approaches, Active Sourcing and Social Media
• Building and maintaining long-term business relationships with customers and candidates

Your profile:

• Several years of practical experience in personnel consulting or recruitment
• In-depth knowledge of the Swiss construction market and current industry trends
• High customer orientation, convincing communication skills and negotiating skills
• Independent working style, initiative and commitment
