Schule Kappeli Primar includes 11 kindergartens and 22 primary school classes.
We value the sense of community. We see the cultural diversity of our catchment area as an enrichment.
We are in a strong growth phase. The resulting spatial planning requires a high degree of flexibility from all those involved.
It is a complex and exciting facility with several buildings:

• Main building with three gymnasiums
• Three ZM pavilions and an outbuilding
• as well as five external locations
• In 2028, an additional building will be added to the portfolio

The main building and the green area are listed as heritage sites.
The latter is maintained by Grün Stadt Zürich.
The restoration of the main building is planned for the mid-2030s.
The coordination of the assembly hall requires good skills in the field of event technology as well as a service-oriented attitude.

Tasks ##

• Responsibility for the operation of a heterogeneous and dynamic building portfolio
• Ensuring needs-oriented facility services in the daily operations of the school environment
• Personnel responsibility and development for the facility services staff
• Open-minded, flexible and cooperative interface coordination with municipal specialist departments and external specialist personnel
• Taking on the function as Safety Officer (SIBE)

Profile ##

• Degree as Head of Facility Management (federal diploma)
• Leadership experience as well as enjoyment in leading employees
• Enjoyment of working in a culturally diverse environment as well as interacting with children
• Communication and oral expression
• Social competence and dealing with people
• Prioritization and coordination of tasks
• Structured and efficient way of working
• Resilient and confident interface coordination with municipal specialist departments

• Support from the sub-department management reporting to you (50% + 90%) and one FBU (40%). Additional 50% THT or FBU resources are in the recruitment phase
• Taking over a functioning facility service with a span of control of currently 14 employees (8 in growth)
