Job description ##

Program new parts and continuously optimize CNC programs using CAM software
Commission and validate programs on 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machining centers
Analyze and optimize new manufacturing processes to ensure stable and efficient production operation
Participate in technical improvements and the industrialization of new products
Provide technical support to setters and operators
Guarantee compliance with quality, productivity, and safety standards
Document programs, machining strategies, and technical data
Integrate technical data into Windchill respecting designation standards as well as the archiving workflow
Monitor development and ensure the refinement of post-processors

Requirements ##

Technician and/or micromechanic training or an equivalent title
Additional training or experience in advanced manufacturing processes
Solid knowledge of CNC machining
Proficiency in CAM programming on PTC Creo
Knowledge of 3 and 5-axis machining centers
Experience in automation and optimization of manufacturing processes
Proficiency in programming on GibbsCAM, a plus
Proficiency in the Windows environment and the Office suite
Good communicator, team spirit
Proactive in continuous improvement
