Your tasks:

• Production of hot and cold Asian dishes in an industrial kitchen
• Implementation of the menu plan according to specifications
• Continuous incoming goods inspection and ordering
• Instruction of employees in the team
• Ensuring compliance with quality assurance as well as ISO and HACCP guidelines
• General cleaning and tidying up

You bring:

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a cook or have extensive professional experience in a production kitchen
• Leadership qualities are an advantage
• You have fun in the job and love working independently as well as in a team
• Structured way of working, resilient personality who keeps a cool head even in hectic moments
• Good German language skills
