We represent the categories Food, Confectionery, Beverages and reach more than 8 million consumers through our channels in retail, wholesale, convenience and food service. At the location in Neuendorf, we employ more than 50 dedicated and highly qualified employees. For our Business Unit Kellogg, we are looking for YOU as a new team member, immediately or by arrangement!
TASKS that you will like:
Budget and success responsibility for the customers assigned to you
Conducting annual meetings and condition negotiations incl. development of promotion planning
Implementation of concrete sales targets according to marketing and sales concept
Implementation of the brand strategy per brand Regular turnover and assortment analyses as well as activity control
Development and implementation of any additional measures for achieving turnover/sales targets Internal and external coordination of Key Account activities
Planning of promotional quantities per brand for the benefit of Demand Planning
Creating offers, as well as following up and closing the offer creation
Opening up new sales channels Cross-departmental organization and participation in customer trade fairs (e.g. Volg- Messe)
Close cooperation with the departments Trade Marketing, Disposition and Co-Packing for the purpose of implementing promotions Leading 2 employees
REQUIREMENTS that you bring:
Business Administration studies (Uni or FH) or commercial training with sales/marketing (HF/FH) Several years of professional experience in Key Account Management positions
At least 3 years of experience in the consumer goods industry (FMCG) as well as detailed knowledge of and networking in retail
You are proficient in negotiation in German as well as Swiss German (spoken & written), good English skills are an advantage
Very good IT skills (especially Excel and Powerpoint, AX Dynamics is an advantage)
You distinguish yourself through a high customer orientation and the ability to build long-term customer relationships
You have a very good understanding of numbers and analytical as well as strategic thinking is your strength
You bring high personal responsibility and initiative as well as result orientation
You think entrepreneurially, are communicative, innovative, empathetic and enthusiastic Initial experience in personnel leadership
