Real Estate Accountant (M/W/D) 80-100%

Your tasks

• Independent support and management of your own real estate portfolio
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements including meaningful reporting and analyses
• Preparation and control of heating and service charge statements
• Management and reconciliation of accounts receivable, accounts payable and tenant accounts
• Support in the dunning and collection process in close cooperation with property management
• Professional support during the takeover of new mandates including the booking of opening balance sheets
• Participation in ensuring and further developing quality standards in real estate accounting
• Competent contact person for accounting issues within the team

What you bring with you

• Commercial basic training supplemented by further training in finance and accounting or the real estate sector
• Several years of experience in real estate accounting
• Independent, structured and precise way of working
• Experience with Garaio REM or comparable real estate management software is an advantage
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• High service orientation as well as enjoyment in working with different stakeholders
