Your challenge ## • Global responsibility for demanding global projects in building technology, from the building permit application to completion • Direction and coordination of interdisciplinary project teams in the HVAC/building automation trades • Management of deadlines, costs, quality and risks with a clear global vision • Central contact person for clients, planners and internal specialist departments Your profile ## • Initial and continuing training in building technology (HVAC) with in-depth know-how in the field of execution • Several years of experience in the direction of large complex and interprofessional projects • Leadership skills as well as a profound understanding of construction processes, project phases and project financial management • Entrepreneurial, communicative and determined personality with an overview vision Our offer ## • Flexible organization of working hours (annual working time) and possibility of independent work from location.
