Operations Mechanic / Maintenance Technician (m/f/d) 100%

• You troubleshoot malfunctions and perform sound root cause analyses on our machines and production systems
• You are responsible for the maintenance, upkeep, and repair of the entire industrial plant
• You carry out repairs as well as mechanical work on conveyor technologies and technical systems
• You actively participate in the installation and commissioning of new systems
• You look after technical systems such as steam generation, compressed air, water treatment, and the wastewater system
• You ensure smooth operation in our industrial production environment

Qualifications

• You have completed a technical vocational apprenticeship as an agricultural machinery, construction machinery, or commercial vehicle mechanic, polymechanic, or a comparable training
• You bring practical experience in the repair, maintenance, or upkeep of industrial plants
• You possess mechanical skill and have great joy in working with technical systems
• You work independently, reliably, and always pursue a solution-oriented way of working
• You have good German skills for daily communication within the team
• Ideally, you bring a forklift or scissor lift license or are willing to acquire it
• You show the necessary flexibility and readiness for early, late, and on-call services
