Your tasks:

• Independent organization and management of the construction site
• Planning, coordination, and control of the work from construction site installation to successful completion
• Ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality, and occupational safety
• Competent leadership and support of the assigned employees
• Direct contact person for customers, construction management, and other project participants
• Material procurement as well as preparation of work reports

What you bring with you:

• Training as a Maurer EFZ, an equivalent manual trade training, or several years of experience in structural engineering, ideally in the customer department
• Strong awareness of quality and costs
• Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
• Organizational flair and the ability to set priorities correctly
• High level of commitment and flexibility
• Ability to work in a team as well as professional and customer-oriented conduct
