Bern, Switzerland (and home office) | 80-100% This is your contribution <br /> • Lead the team personally, professionally, and organizationally • Plan and monitor the personnel resources of the team • Be responsible for the debt collection processes of a portfolio of taxpayers and ensure the correct and efficient fulfillment of the tasks by the employees • Ensure respectful and correct treatment of taxpayers • Create substantive and timely information, reports, and statistics <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • Higher Federal Diploma of Specialization or higher vocational diploma in business administration or equivalent training • Several years of professional practice in leading employees as well as project management and accounting • Several years of experience in debt collection, ideally in SchKG proceedings, as well as extensive SAP knowledge • Good at negotiating, assertive, and resilient • Good active knowledge of two official languages and, if possible, passive knowledge of the third <br /> In a nutshell With your team, you support the Debt Collection department in the collection of value-added tax, the radio and television corporate levy, withholding tax, and stamp duty.
