• Several years of professional experience in the nursing sector, ideally with leadership experience in a comparable position
• Sound knowledge in personnel management, team control, and nursing organization
• Communication strength, social competence, and the ability to motivate and promote employees
• Independent, solution-oriented, and economical way of thinking
• Very good German language skills in speaking and writing
