Technicien Méthodes Outils de Coupe H/F # Company description ## We are looking for a Methods Technician M/F, Expert in the management of cutting tools related to metallic chip removal, for one of our clients in the Watchmaking sector. Job description ## • Define, select and provide the cutting tooling solutions necessary for the industrialization of new products as well as for the integration of new machining means. • Develop and maintain a privileged technical relationship with suppliers in order to identify the best solutions and to guarantee the performance of the cutting tools. • Ensure the capitalization and sustainability of know-how by updating technical data, references, drawings and tooling standards. • Identify improvement opportunities and lead optimization actions aimed at increasing the productivity, quality and reliability of machining processes. • Be the technical reference for cutting tools for internal teams (methods, production, industrialization...) as well as for external partners. • Support production workshops by providing technical support and contributing to the resolution of issues related to cutting tools. • Ensure active technological monitoring of market innovations by participating in professional trade fairs, carrying out tests and feasibility studies in order to integrate the best technical solutions. Profile sought ## • Holder of a CFC in polymechanic, or an ES Technician diploma. • You justify solid experience in machining and master technologies related to cutting tools, with particular expertise in the machining of stainless steels and precious metals. • You are comfortable with CAD/CAM software, ideally CREO. • You master cutting speeds, and have basics in lubricants. • You appreciate collaborative work and like to be close to the field to support teams. • Recognized for your rigor and method, you have a good analytical spirit and know how to propose concrete and effective solutions. • Possessing excellent interpersonal skills, you communicate with ease with various interlocutors and promote cross-functional exchanges. • Curious and adaptable, you evolve with ease in various technical environments, in connection with industrialization teams, production workshops and suppliers. • FIXED position at 100%
