PRODUCTION EMPLOYEE 100% GRINDING AND MILLING DEPARTMENT

We are looking for a reliable and motivated employee as PRODUCTION EMPLOYEE 100% GRINDING AND MILLING DEPARTMENT MAIN TASKS – Independent setup, operation, and monitoring of CNC-controlled grinding, punching, and milling machines – Carrying out tool changes as well as corrections of machining parameters (cutting speed, feed, depth of cut, …) – Machining of semi-finished and finished goods according to technical drawings, work plans, and quality specifications – Measuring and inspecting the machined rubber coils with suitable measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, …) – Carrying out simple maintenance and servicing work on machines and systems REQUIREMENTS – Manual dexterity with experience in production – Confident handling of measuring and testing equipment – Basic knowledge of CNC controls is an advantage – High quality awareness as well as precise and structured way of working – Sense of responsibility, reliability, and ability to work in a team – Good German skills You will be well introduced to the new work area and will subsequently work independently in a small team.
