New Opening: Seerestaurant Lago Horgen

For the new opening of our lakeside restaurant, we are looking for a service-oriented personality with experience who can independently manage a station and is a host/hostess by conviction.

Your Tasks

Independent management of a service station (à la carte)

Professional care of our guests from reception to farewell

Taking orders, cash handling/till, coordination with the kitchen

Mise en place, compliance with service standards, cleanliness in the restaurant

Support during events depending on occupancy

What distinguishes us

Family business with short decision-making paths and direct contact with management

Seasonally varying occupancy (stronger in summer, quieter in winter)

Support with accommodation/housing solution if required (by arrangement)

Working hours / days off

Saturday afternoon off, Sunday off

Monday depending on season/duty roster (usually possible as an additional day off)

Your Profile

Several years of service experience, ideally as Chef de Rang

Very good understanding of hosting, polished appearance, resilient

Independent, reliable and team-oriented

Languages: German good, English an advantage (Italian welcome)
