For our client, we are looking for an

Architect with management function (m/f/d) 100%

Your tasks:

• Management of the architecture and planning departments

Design, development as well as architectural and design management of modern and sustainable residential construction projects

• Planning of new buildings, occasionally replacement new buildings and renovations

Responsibility for the conceptual project development from site analysis to building application

• Responsibility for compliance with architectural, technical and economic project goals
• Close cooperation with internal marketing and customer service to optimize apartment floor plans, finishing standards and marketing concepts
• Active participation in the further development of the real estate strategy as well as in the identification of new development opportunities
• Opportunity to help shape the company development

Your profile:

• Completed studies as an Architect FH or ETH
• Several years of professional experience in the planning and realization of residential construction projects in Switzerland
• Passion for sustainable, ecological and economically viable residential buildings
• Very good user knowledge in Archicad, BIM and Messerli
• Strong sense of design, spatial quality and functionality
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working with entrepreneurial thinking
• Strong social competence, team player and resilient
• Very good German skills in spoken and written
