What you accomplish

• You care for and accompany our patients along with the apprentices and students.
• You supervise, accompany, and support the apprentices and students during their mission.
• You carry out the care process (including the recording of services, material, and care) - assisted by the clinical information system KISIM.
• You assume a co-responsibility for achieving the objectives of the service and the department.
• You are responsible, together with your professional training team and the department managements, for the development of work schedules.
• In addition, you work in shift service.

What characterizes you

• You are a registered nurse (AKP/DN II/HF/FH) and ideally you have experience in the acute care field.
• You have already completed the professional trainer course or are willing to complete it.
• The well-being of the patients is at the center of your work and you treat people with respect and consideration.
• You are recognized for your team spirit as well as for your autonomous and quality-conscious work.
• At least 26 days of leave
