Your tasks:

• Contact person for our international service centers and internal departments
• Processing and coordination of warranty and complaint cases
• Technical support requests record, prioritize and forward
• Support of product management in product launches, market analyses and documentation
• Creation of reports and statistics
• General administrative support in the area of Products & After Sales

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training with technical interest or technical basic training
• Experience in customer service, technical support or a similar function is an advantage
• Very good German and English skills in word and writing
• Safe handling of MS Office; SAP knowledge is a plus
• Independent, structured and reliable way of working
• Communicative, service-oriented and team-capable personality
