Area of responsibility
Overall responsibility for the tradesperson center as well as its business development
Responsibility for the sales and margin targets of the location
Technical and sales advice for customers
Functional and organizational leadership of a 4-person team as well as responsibility for their development
Responsibility for warehouse management, inventory levels and inventory closing
Implementation of various sales promotion measures, actions and promotions
Creation and processing of offers, collection, delivery and return slips
Processing of goods inflows and outflows as well as control of delivery notes
Direct contact person for our collection customers

Profile
If your heart beats faster at the task area described above and you bring the following experience and competencies, you are our ideal candidate:
Completed vocational training and several years of experience in the construction industry, ideally in building trade
Sound knowledge in shell construction
Initial leadership experience in a comparable position
Great passion for sales and consulting, ideally with an existing network in the region
High motivation and drive to advance the business
Independent and structured way of working
Impeccable reputation
Good German language skills in speaking and writing
