• Observation and documentation of the state of health as well as passing on relevant information
• Participation in medical-diagnostic and therapeutic measures
• Communication with relatives, medical teams and other specialists
• Active participation in interdisciplinary team meetings and care planning

Your profile -- empathy meets expertise

• Completed training as a specialist in health EFZ
• Initial professional experience in acute care, long-term care or Spitex desirable
• Sense of responsibility, social competence and resilience
• Joy in working in a team and in direct contact with people
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
