In this key role, you are responsible for the planning, coordination, and support of on-site inspections by FINMA as well as the supervisory audit by the external auditing firm. What you can achieve • You effectively manage FINMA reviews as well as supervisory audits and are the contact person for questions regarding audit processes and requirements within PostFinance • You consistently prepare fact checks, statements, and other audit-relevant decision-making bases, coordinate the involvement of relevant stakeholders, and ensure audience-appropriate reporting to the Executive Board, Board of Directors, and committees • You create transparency regarding audit findings, measures, and pending items, monitor their follow-up, and ensure timely implementation • You represent audit and revision topics in meetings of the Executive Board, Board of Directors, and committees and explain complex facts understandably and in an audience-appropriate manner • You support the further development of audit and supervisory management as well as the associated processes, thereby strengthening governance, efficiency, and effectiveness within PostFinance What you bring with you • University degree (FH/Uni) in business administration, finance, economic law, or a comparable field of study, as well as further training as a certified public auditor, CIA, or equivalent • Several years of experience in the regulatory audit environment, ideally at a Big4 auditing firm, a bank, or a supervisory authority, with practical experience in managing and supporting FINMA reviews and supervisory audits • Sound understanding of regulatory requirements, effective governance structures, as well as control and management systems in a banking environment • Confident appearance and strong communication skills when dealing with Executive Boards, Boards of Directors, supervisory authorities, and external auditing firms, as well as the ability to merge different perspectives in an audience-appropriate manner • Strong analytical and conceptual strength with the ability to prepare complex supervisory and audit-relevant facts understandably, to create orientation, and to provide sound decision-making bases for various bodies • Proficient German and very good English skills in speaking and writing; other national languages as a plus
