Maintenance Manager

In order to complete our maintenance team at our production site in Granges (VS), we are looking for an immediate or to be agreed upon
Maintenance Manager (m/f)
Your mission
Lead and support the maintenance team consisting of 3-4 technicians
Monitor and apply EHS standards and work procedures within the factory
Guarantee the availability of the installations as well as the optimal use of resources
Organize, monitor and document corrective and preventive maintenance work of the installations
Implement the TPM methodology in operational maintenance
Ensure the on-call service on weekends according to a defined rotation
Coordinate and support the operations of external companies
Your profile
CFC agricultural machinery mechanic, heavy goods vehicle or similar
Federal diploma of maintenance agent or an equivalent training would be an asset
Minimum professional experience of 5 years
Ability to organize, supervise, unite and develop a team
Proficiency in IT tools (CMMS & SAP would be an asset)
Active contribution to promoting the EHS culture of the Saint-Gobain group
