Do you have experience in truck dispatching and are you familiar with international transports in Europe? For an established freight forwarding company, we are looking for a reliable personality who enjoys organizing, keeps an overview, and finds loading space for every shipment.

Tasks ###

• dispatching and organizing international truck transports in import and export
• planning of pickups and deliveries in various European countries
• scheduling and coordinating vehicles and transport orders
• requesting and comparing transport prices from carriers
• creating and processing transport orders and freight documents
• monitoring ongoing transports and reacting to delays or changes
• communicating with customers, drivers, carriers, and international partners

Requirements ###

• completed commercial training, ideally as a freight forwarding agent
• professional experience in international truck forwarding or dispatching
• good knowledge of the European transport business and the corresponding processes
• independent, reliable, and solution-oriented way of working
• resilient and keeping an overview even in hectic situations

IT ###

MS-Office - user knowledge

Languages ###

German: m+s very good
English: m+s good
other foreign languages an advantage
