Your tasks:

• You look after several construction sites at the same time - and still maintain more of an overview than the navigation on large construction sites
• From work preparation to billing: You guide through the entire process without breaking a sweat
• Costs, deadlines, quality - you have everything under control and do not shrink back when things get heated
• Contact person for clients and construction management - with the necessary expertise and a hint of charm
• You keep the construction process cleanly on course and keep an eye on the construction site results like an eagle on its prey

Your profile:

• Experience as a construction manager or a solid basic training in the construction industry - paired with a genuine willingness to learn
• Structured, self-organized way of working - you bring order to the chaos, not the other way around
• Resilient, team player and convincing - you can lead a team without immediately pulling out the whistle
• Responsible, decisive and equipped with a doer's gene
