Your tasks:

• Professional nursing and care of patients in various care situations
• Taking responsibility for the nursing process from admission to discharge
• Close cooperation with doctors, therapists and relatives
• Implementation of medical and nursing interventions
• Planning, documentation and evaluation of nursing services
• Guidance and support of apprentices and trainees

Your profile:

• Completed training as a dipl. Pflegefachfrau / zum dipl. Pflegefachmann HF
• Professional experience in acute care, long-term care or rehabilitation is an advantage
• Professional competence, commitment and empathy in dealing with patients
• Independent, structured working as well as teamwork skills
• Enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
