Apply About the role ## Integrated into the sales team, you ensure the administrative follow-up of contracts and the technical programming of advertising spots. You act as the link between sales and broadcasting thanks to your analytical expertise. Tasks ## • Manage complex Excel files using macros and pivot tables, etc. • Ensure the programming of advertising spots in the WinMedia software • Plan sponsoring operations and broadcasting systems • Perform the administrative follow-up of client files We are looking for ## • Advanced mastery of Excel (macros, complex formulas, pivot tables) • Proven experience in back-office or data management An asset if you possess • Knowledge of the WinMedia programming software • Previous experience in the media sector To succeed in this function, your personal skills are as follows: • Ability to learn quickly and great methodological rigor • Excellent stress management and particular attention to detail Our recruitment process ## This recruitment process is managed by Academic Work.
